The state rental registry. Leases are registered and deregistered straight from the panel. Part of the asset management product.
Didox
Contracts and ЭСФ e-invoices go out through document exchange and are signed with digital signatures.
Bank API
Statements are pulled automatically and payments are matched to invoices. Until the bank is connected, statements can be imported by hand as CSV, Excel or MT940.
Telegram
Your own bot writes invoices and reminders to tenants, and operational alerts to your team chat.
Email (SMTP)
Clients who are not on Telegram get the same notifications by email.
